CC comprises 40 hectares of stone pines, cork oaks and carob trees, apricots and figs, olive oil and a vegetable garden kept according to organic farming methods. The cluster of buildings, which originally serviced the rain-fed orchard, was restored for accomodation - 6 rooms, 3 suites and 4 apartments - one hamam and a cork box , a set also prepared for workshops on arts, architecture, design, gastronomy, yoga, dance,, retreats or brainstormings.The ecosystem, which has forged both landscape and architecture, is manifested daily in our restaurant service made with products that come exclusively from the farm and the neighborhood accordance with each season. CC FABRICA is the brand of the transformation of the farm’s fruit into jams, vinegars and chutneys, FABRICA INTERIORS - a join venture with the local artisans., is the brand of the transformation of local materials and techniques – cane, palm, southern cattail and junk – into objects of contemporary use.
