The Algarve Promotion Bureau (Associação Turismo do Algarve) is a legal entity under private law, that operates as a non-profit-making association with the following aims:
1) To promote and divulge the Algarve as a tourist destination and highlight regional products by carrying out studies, and planning and developing specific events on external markets;
2) To liaise with public and private entities with a view to defining policies, objectives and strategies to promote tourism in the Algarve overseas.
